The route n.5, called also "Tibetan Route", it's a circular path starting from Malga Biancari (m 592 above sea level), in the Marano of Valpolicella's territory, that arrive to Mulino del Cao (m 308 above sea level) and then return to the starting point after about 5,7 km. After crossing the Tibetan bridge, the route quickly climbs towards the Caves of Campore and then abruptly descends to Mulino del Cao (m 308 s.l.m.) where there is also a restaurant nearby (opened on the weekends). From here you return to Malga Biancari, overcoming a drop of  284 m in 1,6 km.

Reaching Malga Biancari is easy: after the Village of San Rocco in Marano di Valpolicella, along the main road, there are indications on the left that lead to the hamlet Girotto, where the Malga is. Here you'll find a parking area and from here various itineraries start.

This route is difficult and recommended only for experts and experienced people; trekking shoes and comfortable clothes are mandatory.

Free entrance.
