Located in the hamlet of Novare, the villa was built in soft Valpolicella tuff in the first half of the 1700s by the architect Adriano Cristofoli, on behalf of Giacomo Fattori. It was finished by the Count Mosconi who acquired the property. The villa is laid out with a central part and two side wings which enclose the garden. Inside, there is the beautiful Salone delle Grazie which is completely frescoed, and the eighteenth-century cellar with its barrels dating back more then 140 years. The large park extends beyond the back of the main building and contains a pond that gets its water from seven springs.
