The company in the classic area is situated on a plateau at the foot of the hills overlooking the plain of Valpolicella. In this land, rich in history and tradition wine, are born and grow their children Joseph, David and Simon. Their strong agricultural studies, decided to capitalize on the passion handed down, first in 2002 with the purchase of land Marcellise placed at about 220 meters above sea level, which currently consist of 5 hectares of vineyards with breeding strains Gujot to 5500 per hectare. On the same also grows about 300 olive trees from which it produces an oil extraordinary.
In 2003, with the renovation of an old farmhouse that is part of a typical courtyard of the valley, start the cellar, a culmination of the past fifty years in the vineyard.
The production philosophy of Corte Antica is linked first of all to respect the geographical identity (positioning and quality of the vines) and oenology (winemaking processes alone native grapes from their own crops) of this territory, but also to the careful attention in the subsequent refinement of the product, from the harvesting to the sale, we tackle each stage meticulously to arrive to offer the highest quality wines.
